The item I selected and paid for was not the item that was delivered. I contacted the seller multiple times and I got no help at all. Even though my messages were being read. I lost out on over $40 and nothing was ever done to help me. I couldn’t even reach them to find out where I’m supposed to ship it back to. I just want what I paid for or a full refund. First, I would like someone to have the decency to contact me about this issue.
